Yes! We’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Members get secure keycard access to work out anytime that fits their schedule.
What’s included with my membership?
All memberships include unlimited 24/7 access to all gym equipment, a complimentary personal training and goal-setting session, and access to our certified trainers.
Can I cancel my membership?
Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. Annual Paid in Full memberships cover a full year upfront at a discounted rate.
Can I try before I join?
Absolutely! We offer a $25 Day Pass that gives you full access for a day. Experience our facility and meet our team before committing.
What is deep tissue laser therapy?
It’s a non-invasive treatment that uses light to reduce pain and inflammation, speed up healing, and improve recovery. Available as an add-on service.
